i bought 2 chandeliers from Efperfect one of them the remote control doesn't work and i couldn't get through any assistant now i don't know what to do with it i chatted with someone i couldn't get any straight answer and i am very unhappy with this service so is there any thing some can do about this issue

Website with real product pictures, real product name, but no number, a gmail account for contact, and I received no shipping information of when I will get item. There's no privacy policy, return policy listed on the website. The actual manufacturing company doesn't acknowledge a website associated with them.
