The call is from a woman with EFH reporting that there is an TXU account that she needs to discuss with a person in the household. When told that we had not had an account with TXU for at least 15-20 years, she stated again that she needed to talk to the spouse named. She was told again there was not a TXU account nor any form of communications from TXU about any such account for the same amount of time. She was told to send a letter to the address listed on the account since she obviously had that information listed on the account. She stated that she could not do that. I had repeatedly asked her, as the spouse of the person, to tell me what the nature of the call was regarding the account. She told me that I would have to give her my name and social security number. I told her she must be crazy to think that under these sketchy circumstances I would do any such thing. She then hung up. She was aggressive in her manner/attitude.
