Attached is a letter drafted by a lawyer in California to demand a refund as per Travis Marziani's business terms for a refund.

He has declined to give me a refund and this person's business is acting in "bad faith".

It has become apparent that Mr. Travis Marziani has no intention to issue me a refund and even more apparent that this is part of Mr. Marziani's business plan.

I have attempted to handle this in a civil manner.
