I tried to purchase a Mobility Scooter, which was advertised on FaceBook and other social media sites. I ordered the item in January 2023. When we did not receive it, I began to communicate via email with the company, which was listed on our credit card statement as AB*bestbuypro, London, GBR 1G11 888 GBR. They said the demand was so high they had run out of the items and please give additional time. They offered a 20% refund if we would wait. Of course we haven't received. I've exchanged numerous emails with them asking for either the scooter or a refund. I realize this isn't a large sum of money, but it's the principal of the scam. Unfortunately, this scooter would have been a great help to not only my husband, but to me in loading, lifting and helping transport a scooter. Thank you for your time.
