I received a message while at work to call a number or I’ll be served into court. I called the number and they person said that I would be served with papers if I wasn’t willing to pay the set balance for Bank Of America that I’m not aware of that was 15 years ago. He said he was apart of a law firm that was collecting for Bank Of America. He sent all paperwork through a online source for me to sign to collect a payment of $888.20. Please help.
