They do not provide professional writing services. When you order from them, they will call you immediately even if it's 2 AM where you live. They are not located in the USA and do not care what time it is. Their goal seems to be to get your payment, after my payment went through I quickly realized what I was doing- I was being silly and I immediately asked for a refund. They said they processed the refund but that was not the case. They tried to tell me my bank was blocking the return, but my bank does not block returned money. This website has many fake reviews on Reddit, which I regretfully fell for.

I received many emails back and forth from the same email address but they were all from different people.
