Ordered a ballast box for my tractor and recieved a pair of socks the first time. Second time they said it got lost in the mail. Third time they said it got shipped back to them. Ask for a refund and was told 100%. That the refund may take one week to one month. Haven't recieved any refund and I haven't heard back from them since January 5th. Ordered the product september 11th.
