This company will call you and identify themselves as "Credit Card Services" and they will tell you that they can get you 6.9% or less interest rate on up to 15 credit cards for life. There is a fee of $798 that is taken directly out of your checking account in 5 monthly installments of $159.60. This company is a complete fraud. They do 3 way calling with you and your credit card company but only get the interest rate and balance information from them. They never actually negotiate to bring the interest rate down. Instead they apply you for a new credit card that they find for the lowest percentage rate or 0%- something you can do on your own. When you try to back out of the scam, they threaten you and tell you that you have a legally binding agreement based on the recording they took of you verbally accepting the service and that if you don't continue, they will send you to a collections agency to collect the debt. I had to get my lawyer involved and they advised me to put a stop payment on my bank account so that they could not withdraw the money from my account. Because they had all of my information- name, number, address, credit card numbers, bank information, social security number, etc... I had to issue freezes on my credit report thru the 3 credit reporting agencies to protect myself from this company trying to get credit, loans, etc.. in my name.
