DONT DO IT! THIS IS A SCAM!

Educare are thieving tricksters.

I recieved a call out the blue from a unknown company with a terrible excuse for a website; claiming to reduce my credit card APR to 6 percent or lower for life. I know stupid right.They tie you up in a contract through a verbal response of confirmation(basically agreeing to their service by saying yes).

So when i tried to cancel the service 4 days later(outside of the 72 hour window you have to legally cancel such a type of binding verbal contract) i was told that i was recorded verbally agreeing to a contract that CANNOT be canceled unless they are unable to lower my APR to atleast 6 percent, inwhich the contract becomes null and void. They ask for alot of personal information whick i foolishly gave.(including the first 5 digits of my social). The fee for such a service is around 800 dollars. I also gave them my checking and routing number so they could pull payment for thier services smh. After becoming rather frustrated with this creepy representative i asked "so what if i refuse to pay"? In which he replied that the process had been started and work was done on my behalf so i have no choice but to pay for the services or i would be sent to COLLECTIONS.

Mind you nothing has been done. They claim to have reduced one of my credit cards to 9.9 APR but this does not check out with my creditor. Both of my creditors assure me there is no way this could be done nore would it be allowed. Sadly I am not the only person who has fallen victim to these scam artist. Nothing but a pathetic "team" of LIARS who use scare tactics and bullying to rip off hard working people out of thier money and tarnishing thier credit score.

Educare card services called me and claimed they could lower and lock in my cc interest rate at or below 6.99%, then said 0 % interest rate for life of card. They some how opened a new cc in my name and sent it to me, they said I agreed to pay $892 in four payments for there services. I talked to my c. Company and they said it is a scam and there is no such interest rate lock in. I tried a million times to say I do not want anything to do with them and they keep on harassing me said in that they performed services for me and are taking me to collections. I had to go to my back and change accounts. My bank tried to call them and they keeped hanging up on them once questioned about there services. They have sent me a email saying to call this number to stop anything or have a problem. Every time you call they bully and harass me claiming they will get there money and there is nothing I can do, and there gonna send me to collections. My bank has noted that they are scams and need to be reported to bbb and ftc. They keep on calling me over and over, will not leave me alone. They have done nothing for me and can not garentee me any lock in on interest rates for life of cards. Anytime I ask them to send me info on there company or sevices they tell me they can't, total scam. When my bank asked them were they got my personal info and bank numbers they said they bought it from my cc company. Do not get mixed up with them. They will take your money and can't to anything for you.
