I saw an add on facebook sponsoring this business. it had an item i needed. on december 20.21 i ordered it. i got a receipt. then nothing. on jan5.22 i emailed them. they said to be patient as it takes time. the sent a bogus tracking number and said it was at their airport and to give them 7 working business days. if i cant see the tracking then they would refund me. ive emailed numerous times since and still no answer or money back.
