Searched online for the original LifeBit watch that notifies a person withing 30 minutes of a heart attack. came across this site that promised a new watch that worked as expected and was 100% guaranteed a refund if not satisfied. this watch was priced higher than the knockoffs so I thought it was the real thing. I paid $57.96 and was promised in 2 weeks this order occurred on 9-28-2019 did not get the item till 10-21-2019 it came scratched, with chips and cracks on the watch. Have photos and it wasn't functioning properly. I tried to contact from the website for a refund @ the tech support email was returned and was denied. 3 times. then sent another email to the Gmail address on invoice no response as yet 10-26-2019 this is unacceptable and it is a scam. a UK website also, according to America's ScamPulse.com website, this business is in Oregon, Germany purchasing invoice, and a China product, phone number and Gmail contact. this a laundering dropship with no business structure and sending out used and damaged products. Beware!!!
