I booked a flight which they took 800 dollars not even the same price I was going to be charged with. the agencies for the airlines said I was not in their system. then I found out they didn't even book a return and said it was going to be more and now that I want my refund they said they cant transfer for me because I don't have a IBAN number and us does not provide that

They charged my credit card $100 more than the price that was listed at checkout. I selected a 'free cancellation' option, to then find that I could not cancel without calling their customer service. I did so, waited on hold for over an hour, then hung up and tried again. Over the course of 6 hours, I spent over 2 hours on hold, spoke to several agents that gave me a different reason why they couldn't cancel my flights (though I opted in for free cancellation). They informed me that there was a 24 hour cancellation window but I had to contact the airline themselves. After hours of back and forth, I finally did everything they told me, and then suddenly their 24 hour free cancellation expired at midnight (14 hours after purchase, NOT 24 hours). They told me this at 12:01am - one minute after midnight. It's clear their agents were stalling and reading a script over and over to get me to give up, and when I didn't they changed their 24 hour policy to conveniently end at midnight.

eDreams was the booking agent for a Sept. 16 flight from FL to Ohio. Charged $89.60 on July 2, no flight confirmation or information was ever provided. Website has no address or phone number posted, just an automated chat-bot. No way to recover flight information or contact company to change or cancel booking.

My flight was cancelled by them on 26 June 2021. I still have yet to receive a refund. I’ve contacted the actual airline multiple times and they’ve informed me that the money has been released to edreams already. Edreams will not comply. They have been saying they are waiting but it has been 2 months now. Much longer than 3 weeks for them to process it.

I made a booking and my credit card was charged for a round trip.

I became ill and tried to cancel, The website put me on hold for an hour repeatedly and did not respond to my request. I contacted the airline and they advised me that the booking had been made using a different credit card that was not mine, so was unable to cancel. The airline advised me that a credit had been issued a week prior that I did not receive, and that airline credit was issued for the cancelled flight. They also credited me flyer miles for the other portion. There was no indication on the E-dreams site and I received no notification of either transaction, or refunds. They also did not answer any attempts I made to make changes or change the booking through their robochat.

On February 7,2020 I purchased the airline ticket from edreams.com. Due to COVID flight was cancelled. I received email stating that I will receive refund within 4-6 months. I called multiple times edreams regarding my refund and customer service representative stated that they are still waiting for refund. In January 2021 I reached out United airlines myself and asked to send my refund. United customer service agent stated that they cant and only can send it to edreams since I bought it through edreams. I called edreams in February and they confirmed that my refund came though and they will return my money within 10 business days. Since February 2021 I called edreams multiple times with the same answer refund will be send within 2-3 days. I never received my refund. Edreams scamed me for over a year and according to twitter edreams continue to withhold refund from thousands of people.

Do not buy any flight tickets with this company. You can't get your money back if you cancel the flight. I called multiple times to get my refund, and every time they said it is not refundable. However, the robotic voice tells you that we refund you money easily. The story is different when you talk with a person. When you ask for a supervisor or manager, they will put you on hold for minutes to hours. Who has that time with the busy life. My advice is to go with more reliable third party flight tickets websites that you purchased your flights before even they are a bit more expensive. It saves you lots of headache, money and time.
