I had a serviceman for this company over to re key my locks here in Edmonton, AB. He came in an unmarked van and began disassembling my locks immediately. He charged me for 6 locks when he only completed 3. The website claimed to do key cutting and duplicates which the serviceman did not do. When I phoned to have this problem fixed they promised to have the service man phone me back. I phone 4 times in 3 days without a call. I finally phoned and aske for a manager and was hung up on. I phoned back just to have my calls screened. I then phoned from a different number and got the same results. They have no business address or email so it is not possible to file a civil court claim. I paid $471 for 3 locks to be changed. Stay away,
