COMPLETE SCAM! LOST SO MUCH MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AND DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

This company was supposed to be delivering me a puppy I had paid for from a guy in Texas. After the puppy had started the move, they needed a refundable insurance deposit to ensure the puppy got there safe, the deposit was 950. The next day, the company said that they needed to give the puppy vaccinations and a safe carrying case, her crate wasn't weather approved by the company. They wanted 1200 for all of that. The guy the puppy was coming from said he paid 300 of it but I had to pay the rest. I tried contacting them and asking to send the puppy without the money, but they said it wouldn't happen until the rest of the money was paid. I asked if I could come pick the puppy up and they said I would not get my insurance refund if I did and it would be to complicated to pick the puppy up. I told them I couldn't do it and I have not heard from them since. I emailed them and asked if they had a number I could call and they never answered back.
