Caller identified themselves as working with Edison. Claimed we missed some mail notifying an upcoming switching off electricity meter. They needed to secure a $395 deposit to exchange electricity meter or else electricity would be shut off to the building in an hour. Directed to purchase a moneypak prepaid card, load it then give the card number to him over the phone.
