I received an email stating my yearly subscription was due to renew, I called stating I didn’t have that service and didn’t want it renewed. They had me download an app to give them access to my phone to receive a refund and once the app was connected they asked me to open my bank account at that point I had told them I was not comfortable with that but they assured me the AI would be the one to do the refund. The man started yelling so I hung up before I got a chance to open my bank account.
