Ordered product off website https://www.edenpocket.com on 04/19/2023. Payment was taken via credit card that day. As of today 05/09/2023, no product. Website reads "awaiting shipping". Only means of contact with company is via email, no phone number listed on the web site.

I have been emailing this company for the past 2 weeks. Only response was an automated "having email issues" response.
