We purchased a puppy from this website, paid $1000, which included the shipping cost. We never received the puppy, we were told the puppy was being held in New Orleans due to needing a different crate. They then asked for an additional $1250 to rent another crate and we would would supposedly get 95% of that back once the puppy was delivered. We asked the seller to

Pay for this and I never heard back from them. Refused to give me a refund. I looked up their number online and found they have done the same thing to other people.
