Hired him to tear down deck and porch, plus a few other things. At first, he seemed to know what he was doing. He started the demolition on July 1st. He would tell me when he was coming back, then never show or call me to say he was not coming.He would not answer his phone, or text. This happened several times. He was very unprofessional. Show up at job site in flip flops and baggy shorts.His CREW were just guys he got to work for him. It was obvious they were not educated contractors. I asked him several times for his business address and he never gave it to me. He and his crew showed up to trim some big trees.He borrowed my neighbor's ladder and had a chain saw that needed sharpened. He brought many supplies for the job, but had no blueprint or plan. Thank goodness I only paid him a down payment. Got my monies worth from that just with the demolition. Gave him a one time offer to come get his stuff he left here,and he said he would be here the next day. AGAIN, no show, no phone call. 3 days later, he texted me, saying he was going to be in the area, wanted to come get his stuff. Told him no, he had a one time offer and he blew it. He is to stay off my property. That was on or about 8/20/20 . He started the job in July. Now I am trying to find someone who will finish the mess he started. I call him NO SHOW ED.
