I purchased an item online with this company, ecustomily (from their website https://ecustomily.com), only for them to send me an email 3 days later informing me my order was cancelled and will be refunded. After weeks passed I noticed I didn’t receive my refund of $144. I reached back out to the company at [email protected] and they kept informing me they sent the refund. So 30 days go by and I’m still reaching out to the company and no one has responded to show proof or evidence that they issued the refund.
