Tho Dai Bui, DBA ECUManual.com, took $13.00 from me by way of PayPal, for a piece of educational software that when delivered by way of internet file download, would not run on my computer. Upon further investigation it was found to be 22 year-old software that was created to run on Windows 7 or Windows XP operating systems. It clearly will not run on current operating systems such as Windows 10 (mine) or 11. Upon politely outlining the situation and requesting a refund, Tho Dai Bui and ECUManual.com simply played dumb and utilized various stall tactics until they wore me down. I would like to warn others that are contemplating doing business with Tho Dai Bui and ECUManual.com to stay away from this company at all costs, they are just scammers.
