Shopping for a table top camping griddle, I came across Eculle - an online merchant offering discounted prices on a wide range of products. Prior to making an online purchase, I did several searches on this company to ensure they were legit. After concluding that there were no complaints at this time and that several "trust" sites listed Eculle as legit, I made an online purchase. Upon completing the online process for shipping, billing and payment information, I submitted my order but never received a confirmation that my order was processed, Three days later, I have not received any shipping information to track my ordered item. I have bee trying to contact customer support through the email address and the phone number listed on the web site under "contact Us" and both communication paths are not legitimate or active paths. The email bounces back and the phone number has a strange audio message.
