WARNING!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A FRAUD. My car has been down for months. I have a 2007 S550 Mercedes Benz that has been sitting due to the lack of response and a part that was sold to me that does not work from this company! I was informed to pay up front first and to pay for postage and handling. I was told that he part was a authentic Mercedes Benz part and would be plug and play without no trip to the dealer ship. Once I got the part and that part was installed in my car it made the cooling fan run very fast and at high speed even after the car was locked the fan would still be running. Then would shut down and not start for hours. I then got a diagnose test from local Mercedes Benz repair shop and they told me that the codes on the ecu were faulty and was causing my car to malfunction. I tried to contact the owner Jeff of the shop and it took days to get him.i would leave messages with the lady who would just take messages and say he was not available. He would not answer my calls until I called from another number. I explained to him that the part he sold me was not working and was causing my car to malfunction causing my car to run hot and due to the car running hot it burst the reservoir container and busted a hose on my vehicle. I them was told to send back the part. He then sent back the same part and this time I had my car towed to the dealer put the part back again in the car and it made my car shake like a earthquake and gave codes that the spark plugs needed changing and the air and fuel filters needed to be changed. Upon changing those items the car still shook. and was not drive able. I then took it to another Mercedes Benz authorized dealership who informed me that the part was not working for my car and that it was not working and that its not a Mercedes Benz part. I then returned the part back to Jeff at ECU Wharehouse and told him that I needed my money back he then sent the part back to me with nothing on it meaning not programmed with anything at all. I took it again to another dealer and they too said that this part is not working for my car. I then had a friend of mine to contact Jeff at the shop at ECU Warehouse and he was like he cannot do a refund and that he needed to speak to a technician and that the car needed to be at a repair shop so that he could help them get the part to work. Take a guess? I took my car to another authorized dealer and we have not been able to reach Jeff of the ECU Wharehouse and he also goes under ECU Technologies. No part, Lost 1000.000 and not to mention the repairs that need to be made to my car due to the faulty part sold to me. I will be taking all actions necessary to get my money back. if any one else would like to do a class action please contact me via email.
