If you had a question as to the charge you were directed to a website (ECPNHE.COM). There was a choice given as to how you wanted to contact them: [email protected] or 855-858-5038 or CHAT. I first called the phone number, and it went to what sounded like a FAX. It hung up after a few rings. I then ventured into a CHAT session. I received a reply from a Darren Vincent. I was requested to indicate why I was contacting them. I said I had a question about a charge made to my credit card. The response I got to that was in order to identify with this charge they needed the first 6 and last four numbers of the credit card and the date of the charge to the car. To that I responded that I would not provide that information and that I planned to stop payment on the charge and contact the BBB.. To which I got a reply. I'm sorry I could not help you. That was it!
