I initially invested $1000 in Ecotrades July 2020 and then participated in a promotion September 2020 and invested an additional $17,000. I never was able to make a withdrawal and I was told I had to pay a commission fee to get my money out from the promotion. I had an account manager named Maddison who only communicated with me via WhatsApp. Eventually he stopped responding to me. I reached out to the chat on the website to express my concerns and I was told I would be given a new account manager however that never happened. I am now no longer able to pull up the website at all. This was a big scam. I have family and friends who also are victims to this crime.

I opened an account and heard from support initially to find out how to contact my account manager. My account manager, Maddison Addley, has been in contact with me checking occasionally. I contacted him to say I wanted to close my account. He asked me to pay a 30% commission to withdraw my money. I asked if the commission could be deducted from the money I wanted to withdraw. He said no. I truly feel like this is a scam. I cannot get in touch with anyone when I attempt to call or send an email to support.
