This Company uses a traditional "bait and switch". I have purchased Mystery boxes from other companies and have always received far more in the value of the items than what I paid. This company is nothing but a bunch of criminals and scammers.The website says that a customer WILL and is GUARANTEED to receive something from a group of items, THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I purchased a upgrade mystery box for $39, with the shipping the total came to $46.94. What I received was NOTHING from the list, but I got a dollar bin wireless charger that did not work. When I contacted Amber at the company with the issue and requesting a refund, I was told every excuse in the book from not every person will receive what is advertised, the Pandemic is making them not send the items listed, etc., and when I requested a full refund because the conditions of the agreement were not met, I was first offered a 2% refund, which would have amounted to .94 cents, they then offered a 3% refund which would have amounted to $1.40. This company needs to be put out of business NOW.
