air duct cleaning- face book scam. Came out, did not use proper equipment or techniques to clean air ducts. Cleaned ducts that were not even hooked up. Left other ducts dirty because they told me they were not working or hooked up. I blocked off the return air vents they told me were not hooked up. Which later caused my heating and cooling system to malfunction, costing me $475.00.

ECOKLEEN is actually a valid company located in Kansas. The scammers were just using their name.

The charge on my bank appears as unqueair.

I finally reached the sub contractor that Uniqeair hired. They came out, but wanted to charge me an additional $800.00 to clean and sanitize the vents properly.
