Ordered chainsaw and battery and battery charger June 24th 2023. Cancelled order immediately cause got warning on phn this a scam. Money already taken from my credit card. Emailed [email protected] their customer svc email to cancel and received email response order cancelled and would receive refund 24 hours. Called tn 1-231-752-4355 many times got busy. Tried emailing many times no response. Filed fraud report with bank and closed credit card. July 30 and still get no response or refund. Emailed and asked for paper check in amount of 73.50 be mailed to me. Still no response. Can't get system at ScamPulse.com to file complaint cause don't have their address or location. Order number is *******************. Anything you can do to help me get my refund I will appreciate.
