Phoned to say he was going to send our the toner for our Ricoh photocopy as we thought that he was from our Ricoh supplier as we get them sent out free from our company he stated they were behind in sending our toners to you so he made it sound like he worked for Ricoh even asking how the photocopy machine was working.

We received a invoice in the mail for $453.58, we did receive the cartridge and when I phoned there was a answering machine. I was going to send the cartridge back. So far no returned call.
