Monday - I had purchased a puppy that stated free shipping 30 day refund. (1st person sky poodles/AMHET TAMBE) - Once payment was made by wire transfer I received a confirmation e-mail that stated they were going to book flight and I would hear from the pet transport service. Tuesday (2nd person ecopetcarriers/HEINZ JANNIK) - The first e-mail was cordial stating they would send me the flight itinerary and gave me a tracking number. 2 hours later they send an e-mail wanting money ($950) for an insurance policy that 98% would be refunded on delivery of the puppy. I could not pay that and told them I could only pay $500.00. I wired the money thru Western Union. they said they would ship the puppy in the morning. Wednesday (3rd person ecopetcarriers/ Steffan Klaus) Stated that the airlines would not accept her carrier and that I needed an Electronic Ventilated Crate in order to ship her and that cost was $950 by wire transfer, but that it would be 100% refundable on delivery of the puppy. I then became suspicious and would not send the money. The carriers website claimed that they had carriers for small animals. I then contacted the breeder again and told then that I wanted to cancel our transaction, to get the puppy from the carrier and to get my refund. The breeder stated he would check into things. Next I received an e-mail that the breeder posted $450 toward the carrier and that I needed to pay the balance. I asked the carrier to return the puppy to the breeder in a pet taxi and using money out of my insurance deposit to pay for it and refund me the rest. The carrier stated they could not do that. Stated that they had to complete the delivery before I could return the puppy, which made absolutely no sense. This was a total scam. There were 8 puppies to choose from at $500 each, $950 for the insurance and $950 for the crate.

I still have not received a penny back.
