I ha for an unfortunate event where my grandmother passed away so I placed an order with Eco Flower to have a simply bouquet sent to my mother. Just over a year ago my father had a successful heart transplant surgery so he's actually not supposed to be around real flowers because of the risk of them having mold/mildew so Eco Flower SEEMED like a great solution, WRONG!! I was okay with the up to 15 business day production time, I even gave an additional 5 business days before replying to the email they said to reply to in the event there was no order status update after those 15 business days. I waited another 3 business days for an email reply, no response. Called twice and left a voicemail, no call back. It is now May 14th and I placed this order on March 30th and have never received a response. They processed my payment immediately after placing the order, if this is the type of company this is, they shouldn't be allowed to process payments until AFTER shipping
