We received your resume in response to our recent job posting on Indeed Jobs for the position of ' Personal Assistant '. The posting has generated enormous response from interested candidates. We reviewed your resume and we are impressed. Your background and experience most closely fit the needs of this position. Our consulting company has been in existence for fifteen years and we are currently setting up a satellite office in Tampa, FL. Due to the company's busy schedule and expansion plans, we will require the services of an Personal Assistant to carry out the duties listed below:

- Maintain the general filing system and file all

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference telephone calls

- Make preparations for corporate meetings

- Provide executive support to the executives and consultants

- Provide word-processing and secretarial support

- Type confidential documents on a word-processing system

Prior to the opening of the new office, the incumbent would in addition to the above clerical and administrative duties also be required to assist in handling other duties in respect to the office being set up. These duties include and are not limited to:

- Scheduling a meeting with the realtor in charge of setting up the office to pick up the keys after the office set-up is finalized

- Completing any required paper work in respect to the office location

- Receive funds to coordinate purchase of office supplies, inventory, and stationery prior to the start of operations

Further interviews and orientation will be conducted prior to the start of operations to assess your progress and efficiency in carrying out duties accorded to you as stated above; as well as further paper work needed in completion of your employment will be handled.

SKILLS: Excellent in English, both verbal and writing, effective verbal and listening communications skills, and time management skills.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties related to the office. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following additional attributes:

1. Must be punctual, professional, reliable and hard working

2. Must be able to pass criminal background check

3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

4. Demonstrate sound work ethic

Basic salary: $2,500 Bi-Weekly / $60,000 yearly.

Benefits: Vision and dental plans, bonuses, 3-week paid vacation and gym membership etc.
