I had applied for some payday loans while I was unemployed. I had NEVER given this company my info but somehow they started taking $10 from my bank account. It may be monthly but I'm not entirely sure. I got a new debit card from Chase thinking that would resolve the issue. It did not. This company has a customer service line but when you call it directs you to the website and hangs up. the only way to contact someone is to submit a request online which i have done at least 3 times and never gotten a response. i am disabled and dont have much income coming in and these people cotinue to take money from me that i have no recollection of aurthorizing
