I ordered an item on May 6th - after 12 days of the item not moving at all according to tracking info I reach out to the hello.echoine email that they have for customer service complaints. They claimed I can track the item but I explained to them it doesn't show any movement leaving their company at all. They never responded. on May 16th I reached out on both the Facebook, Instagram and email to request a refund since my item still hadn't left their company... still on response. A month later I reached out again with no response. worse company to order from ever. A total scam!

Items were ordered on April 27/2023 and delivery was promised by May 14/2023 which was never received. Several emails was sent to the company. The only resolution they offered was to check the tracking which was done which included checking with the post office. The last email was sent to Echoine approx June 15/2023 asking for a refund at this point, but with no response. A total of 7 emails were sent to this company with no resolution. Please, stay away from Echoine.
