First, my account was charged $20 during my 1 month free trial. I attempted to cancel my subscription only to find that there was no way for United States customers to cancel through the app or online. The website redirects from the page used to cancel, to a page listing only international contacts for the company to cancel through. I reached out to a foreign branch and was told they couldn’t help me. I had to call my bank and put a block on the company from charging my card. After my bank determined the company had committed fraud and blocked future charges to my account Echelon tried 7 more times to charge my account.
