So I have been ripped off by Kwasi of Eccoclean Snow Removal. This guy is real slick. Just signed a contract with him on January 19th 2019 and paid him by etransfer $350.00 on the same day, 10 days later not enough man power or equipment to handle customers so closes business on January 29th 2019. I spoke with him on January 29th after the big snowstorm and he had not cleared my 90 year old Aunt’s driveway and her PSW was unable to come and take care of her that day because he had not removed the Snow. So Kwasi reassured me that on the 29th of January that he would have someone go out and clear her driveway he was extremely busy but he would get it done. Still 2 days later no PSW for my Aunt and no sign of Kwasi or his people I call him again and this is when I hear his message that “effective January 29th due to lack of manpower and equipment we are closing our business “ thank you for you business. He took my Aunts $350.00 and lied to my face reassuring me that he would come and take care of it. Who does that. When I paid him I continually asked him for a receipt and he said “ I take all of my seniors paper work to region of peel for them. So I can do that for your Aunt too”. I said no I will do it myself thanks. But never saw a receipt. How many seniors has he ripped off that don’t have someone looking out for them. He is a disgusting human being!! I even went to the police yesterday and this guy knows what he is doing. He does up a contract a because he is plowing once the police say that they can not charge him with fraud. It becomes a civil case. Let’s stop this guy there are other complaints about him on yelp going back to 2016. This needs to stop ! Thanks for your help on this one!
