Please note that the address I am attaching is from the distribution center. There was also another package with a California address 360 Zebraquangzhou, 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789-2950 and the one in New Jersey - Dept NJ#169, 1100 Cranbury South River RD, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. I reported it to the BBB and was referred to this site to complain as a scam. Here is my previous message to the BBB: I bought a few dresses from a company online called Ecayla. They seemed like lovely dresses. When they arrived, they were such bad quality, extremely small in size, no labels, no how to clean. Size large did not fit my small framed medium-sized friend. I can't even give them away, because they are pure junk! They also had a smell of some type of chemical. I believe it would be harmful for anyone to wear. When I tried to write to them, which I did several times, I did NOT get a response. Their site says there is a 'chat' option which is NOT available. No telephone number and no response to my emails. My feeling is that this company is not even in the U.S., even though they have a U.S. address. Several pieces were delivered from: 360 Zebraquanzhou, 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, Ca. 91789. One piece was delivered afterwards from: Dept. NJ #1169, 1100 Cranbury South River Rd., Monroe Township, NJ 08831. I imagine these are made up addresses. This so-called company is a scam. They advertise lovely dresses and send extremely bad quality, ill-fitting (not even a child would fit in a size large!), super wrinkled, smelly, clothes. If they can be made to do so, I am asking for a FULL REFUND. I have the pieces and would return to them. Since I believe even the ScamPulse.com might not be able to reach this perhaps bogus company, I would sincerely hope that your Bureau shuts them down so that they stop stealing from people. I am attaching a photos of the 5 dresses I ordered. It is a rag!!! No one can wear this! The site shows lovely dresses, and I got junk, which to me constitutes fraud.
