I keep receiving a call from a Kelly Kim w/ECAPITAL UNITED stating that I have debt claims against me and If I dont contact there mediation dept to resolve this they will contact my employer to garnish my waiges. The have called from 7023238548 and left the above #877-316-6931 w/ a reference#***. I have not returned there phone calls because I know its a fraud and I pay my bills. I wish someone would take care of this legally so it would stop.
