DMV distributors Llc posed as an authorized wholesaler for a product I was looking to outsource. After speaking and agreeing on price they demanded payment via Zelle as 50% due at purchase and the other 50% once shipping was confirmed . After they supposedly shipped out the product, I was then advised that I would need to make the remaining payment . Payment was made for the remaining and I thought all was good. The next day, I woke up to a message from Rachid Bednarchik advising that my order would in fact be delivered to me a day early , but the order was on hold due to a $300 shipping charge needed before proceeding with shipping. I immediately grew concerned and frustrated that I was not told about this fee before hand and also it seemed a bit suspicious. I then notice when looking back at the invoice and tracking information that the quantity amount was off by 450 units , so I immediately questioned it and I was told that the shipping department ship that amount out in error but was going to give me 150 units free and the other units 350 at a discounted amount. I immediately tried calling the person and they immediately declined my call. He reached out and told me to just pay the amount so that shipping could proceed but I did not send the amount and I did additional research and at that time it seem all the reviews on the shipping company used “sendmax logistics” which appears to also be a fraudulent shipper . I immediately called my bank and filed disputes for both transactions but with Zelle payments once the money is sent … it’s a complete lose . So now I am out 1250.00 and my FBA business is in jeopardy of being closed down as I have had to cancel hundreds of orders due to this matter.
