Part 2 of Jack Hammer Pro. I called the number again and THIS time someone hadn't information. I was told that we oredered ebooks for 19.93 in March, April, may, and June. I asked for the name of the company and I will was told-ebooks. I asked for the address , "there is none" and the website is ebooks. So we were charged for a dvd fitness program through e books? Yet, we had an account number. I didn't want to give much information about my credit card and the persons the other line was belligerent, and talked over me. He threatened to hang up. In the end he said that he would credit the last month's payment and cancel the account-that we never set up. Then he said make sure to read the terms of services before committing. Unfortunately I wasn't with my phone when I received a "cusomer service " person recording asking me to call back. I did, of course, but received a recording that they were all busy. I did get the person in customer service to tell me that in 24 hours we would receive a cancellation notice. Wow!
