I purchased a book from Ebooknob for school and was charged but have not yet received it. Directly after the purchase I received an e-mail from Ebooknob with my confirmation number but the PDF was not attached. I have tried e-mailing and calling but was unable to get a hold of anyone. They charged my credit card with the name Kayne Anderson Fund AD and not ebboknob which was a red flag as well. Please do not use this website for purchases they will take your money and never send you your book!

Bought a PDF version of a textbook on their website. Never obtained download link. Contacted their email twice with order number, still never received my order.

Ordered a text book for class. Got an email saying the ordered was received. They warned us on the site it would take 3-5 business days. I contacted them on day 6 and day 9 via email and no reply. Not even any acknowledgement that my emails were received. When you visit the site for refund policy, shipping policy, and terms and conditions, no page seems to be found. Truly bad customer service and overall illegitimate site accepting payments.

I ordered a bundle that was suppose to come with a book leaflet and an access code for classes that I am currently taking, bit never received them. I also read up on recent reviews about this site, and many others have had the same problem.

I wanted to find a more economical way to buy a book for my university class. I found an e-book online at this website for $19.99 and after purchase it said a downloadable link to the pdf should be available. If not, I'd have to wait for 6 hours and check my email. I didn't receive anything for 24 hours and I emailed their so-called "customer support" but I never got a response. After finding it suspicious, I googled their business and found several customer reviews who didn't receive what they paid for and I discovered that it isn't ScamPulse.com credited. It was labelled as a fraudulent service.

Received email stating that order was processing an I would receive my book shortly. IT has now been ten days and still not book and no one will respond to the email. They stated I would have my book 6 hours after the order processed, they just took my money and never sent the book.

I’m a college student and I was looking for ebook textbooks for school. I typed in the serial number for the textbook I needed and this site popped up. They were pretty cheap and I needed this book, so I purchased it. Afterwards I was sent an email to download the book. When I went to download the book, it said I had reached my download attempts for the day, which was strange. So I went back to the website and noticed something strange about the site, none of the links were set up properly, the grammar was off, and all the books prices were the same. The site says instant access to the book, but also says it could take days. Be very careful when searching for books online, because I have still yet to receive my book.

I purchased a PDF file book for my college course class for $19.99 and was extremely happy about the deal. On the website, it states that the book will be available for download immediately after purchase. Two weeks have passed, and several emails have sent to their "Support Team" and no response from them. Please be advised that this company is a scam and will not give you the items you have paid to receive.

Was promised a link to download an Ebook for my class but after purchasing no link was provided and there was no available way to reach the company due to a faulty "contact us" page. Scam all around.

Hi, I googled the ISBN for a college course book and it led me to their website. I made a purchase since 20$ seemed like a reasonable price for an E-book and they never sent me a download for it. When clicking the "contact us" button this link pops up https://149.28.228.80/contact-us-2/

They scammed my credit card and use multiple different websites and they all have the same info of

- 3-5 day delivery for paperbacks

-we will email you a download link within 6 hours for the e-book

I emailed them twice and have not heard back. This is a total scam please shut them down. I've included the other websites as well that are either the same company with a different domain since the info is all the same or they are certainly affiliated.

This is a site claiming to sell eBook versions of college textbooks. The website looked very legit, all of the information seemed to be accurate. They claim that once you purchase you can access the download the eBook, but as soon as I confirmed my payment I was taken to an "Error 504: Gateway Error" and I couldn't reach the site anymore. Now, I can reach the site, but when I click on any of the tabs (ie. about us) Google notifies me of a Privacy Error and won't let me reach anything. My card was charged and is in pre-authorization, and I received a confirmation email but no way to see what I ordered or the status of the order.

Went to the website to purchase a discounted eTextbook for school. Was emailed with a link to download. Download did not work and no response from support. This has happened to others.
