I tried to buy a book. I emailed them and I Facebook chat them ( as per their site). Every time I contact them they indicate: "Our system has some problem with the server, I will send you the link to download your ebook within 24h-48h after purchase, I’m thankful for your support and understanding".

My card was charged and it indicates a Restaurant/Bar charge and not a book
