I paid for 2 Las Mogan half wigs in the color 4, for 2 day shipping. This was in June 19th, there was never a shipping confirmation given, or an email stating there was an issue. My card was charged immediately and posted on June 20th. There was no communication letting me know there was an issue, there was no reason that my product shouldn’t have been sent. I reached out on June 23 to check on the status and they said that because my shipping address was different than my billing address, they were not going to ship my package. They then asked me to send a picture of my credit card and government ID before they would send my package. This sounds and feels extremely fraudulent and I would like someone to investigate this business.
