Scammer bought a brand new iPhone on eBay on March 23rd. iPhone delivered on March 26th. Buyer opened a case for a defective item. eBay provided label to return iPhone. Buyer shipped back item to a different location(even though eBay provided the right label). Scammer altered label and was delivered to a different location. Usps was able to provided information and a copy of the label where it was delivered to a near store “Michael”. I contacted eBay and let them know about the mail fraud the scammer was attempting. eBay didn’t do anything and just suggested the refund to the scammer even though the item was not delivered to me and was refused from the address attempted to delivered
