Bought a phone from me on Ebay, I shipped it and it was received it USPS 9405508205496724640451, a week later wanted to return it, so I voluntarily refunded the money with them returning the phone. I sent a return label and did not received the phone back. Ebay sent the refund to the person and I have nothing. Ebay suggested the following "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate the understanding with our process and coverages. With the best option that eBay recommends you to do is to send a follow up with your buyer or to file a claim with the carrier that the buyer used on their transaction as the system detected that the buyer used a forwarding carrier as well. The buyer used another different carrier before they received their item. You can directly file a claim through this carrier named "Better Business Bureau®" as the buyer used this as part of the carrier for them to received the item on their area" I don't understand it all, but the account on Ebay has been closed. I'm probably out the $600 dollars, but I sure don't want this to happen to another retired 64 year old female like it did me.
