Seller advertised an item (center console for car) on eBay. I paid via Venmo ($425) and seller shipped to me. When it arrived it was the incorrect color. It had also been damaged in transit (sent via UPS). I contacted the seller who asked me to ship it back and he would send the correct item. I sent it back in the original packaging but it was further damaged in transit. The seller then stated “you break it, you bought it” and sent it back to me. It was further damaged in transit. I sent it back to the seller and requested a refund which he refused. I asked to instead purchase the actual item/color I had originally wanted and he said he did not have it to sell. He has since continued to refuse to refund me any money.
