I responded to an ad from Craigslist and the person who responded said that she was selling a 2009 Honda Accord for $4000.00...I was sent an email describing the process and was told that I would receive the vehicle in 2-3 days, I was also told that I needed to send an additional $2000.00 for shipping insurance. Needless to say, it has been 3 days and I have no vehicle and no money. I filed a complaint via IC3.gov and I also have filed a police report. I was told that the money would be put on file through eBay Motors and that if I was satisfied with the car that the money would be released to the "seller", however, I checked the balance of the cards (since I took a picture of them) and there is a $0.00 balance on all of them.
