I saw a 2005 Thoroughbred camper online four days ago on Facebook Marketplace. She said she was selling the camper through eBay Motor Sales. Then eBay Motor Sales began contacting me. I purchased $1000 in eBay cards. I drove all over town buying $200 gift cards: 3 from Walgreens and 2 from Kroger. I can't see the eBay email address. Lydia emailed me today saying Hi ****** sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I rec'd a notification from eBay it seems everything is just fine, but it seems there is a misunderstanding, I cannot start the shipping process until the shipping is paid but now they require the insurance be paid by the buyer. You will get the money back. I requested a refund. They replied saying "We can get a refund, but we need a picture of your credit card front and back. Another email said we want to thank you for your excellent cooperation we are able to confirm the funds you have deposited with eBay have been safely secured as of this moment we are responsible for your funds we have been in contact with your shipping co DAS. The shipping will not be shipped yet according to federal state laws every buyer is obligated to insure the cargo by sea or air traveling anywhere in the world eBay has designed a program where buyers get shipping insurance free. You will have to pay $800 by the same payment method. At the time of arrival you will receive $800 in cash the shipping is paid by the seller but the buyer needs to pay the insurance. The value is over $3500 so $800 is required to do by the fact of the insurance. We strongly recommend you confirm the payment by email.
