Gift card scam

Was asked by a loan company to provide eBay gift card for insurance on a loan which was $200 and send it to get my loan in account and after this was done they asked for $100 to put it in my account, so they took 300 from me that I borrowed from my dad car payment, I’m outta the money and he outta the car payment, the scammer has it, what can I do please
