Placed an order Online and received an email from them stating the order was received, but they were waiting for confirmation of payment. I thought that was odd because I paid using paypal, at the time the payment was processed using paypal it says the payment was received by a Nguyen Thi My Tu. That raised red flags for me immediately because it was not being received by the company name, but I thought maybe that was the owners name. I waited a week and heard nothing else from the company. I tried to contact them via email and found that the email listed on the website is fake, so I tried to call the 24/7 customer Service phone number which I found out is also fake. Thank goodness I paid using pay pal and was able to recoup my money but I wanted to let everyone know this is a bogus company and website!
